Ordering and delivery
When will my rental be delivered?
Your rental ships free to your home and arrives 10 to 14 days before your event, so you have time to try everything on.
When should I book my rental?
As soon as you know your event date. Events less than 14 days away ship express, and an express shipping fee is added at checkout.
Can I rent individual items?
You can rent just the coat and pants for $159.99, or choose the complete package for $199.99 with the shirt, tie, vest, pocket square, shoes and cuff links.
Can I choose my own shirt, tie and shoes?
Yes. With the complete package you pick your shirt, shoes, tie, pocket square and cuff links from the full selection on the customize page.
Can I rent for a whole group?
Yes. Build one outfit at a time, add each to your rental, and pay for everyone in a single checkout. Each outfit gets its own sizing.
Sizing and fit
How do I find my sizes?
After you choose your outfit, you add your sizing for it. Type in your height, weight, chest, waist, sleeve length, pant length and shoe size, or take a quick 3D virtual scan.
Can I get measured from home?
Yes. The 3D virtual scan works from your phone or computer, so you can be measured wherever you are. It is handy for groomsmen who live in different cities.
Do I need a tape measure?
Not for the 3D scan. If you would rather enter your own measurements, a soft tape measure over light clothing works best.
What if my rental doesn’t fit?
Minor alterations, such as sleeve or pant length adjustments, can be done by a local seamstress or tailor.
Do you carry boys’ sizes?
Yes. We carry all boys’ sizes.
Is pant length the inseam or the outseam?
Either. When you enter your measurements, pick inseam or outseam next to the box and type the matching number.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to your home is free. If your event is less than 14 days away, your rental ships express and an express shipping fee is added for each rental. You see it as its own line at checkout before you pay.
How long does shipping take?
We plan for your rental to arrive 10 to 14 days before your event.
Where should I have my rental shipped?
Enter the address where you want it delivered at checkout. We currently ship to street addresses in the United States.
Do you ship to a cruise ship or a PO box?
No. We do not ship to cruise ships or PO boxes. Please use a street address.
Returns
How do I return my rental?
Ship all of your rental items back using the prepaid return label.
When do I need to return my rental?
All rental items must be shipped back with the prepaid label on the Monday following your event.
I lost my return label. Can I get a new one?
Yes. Email us and we will send you a replacement label.
Pricing and payment
How much does a rental cost?
Coat and pants are $159.99. The complete package is $199.99. The price for your event date shows on each outfit before you add it to your rental.
What is included in the complete package?
The coat, pants, shirt, tie, vest, pocket square, shoes and cuff links.
What is the express shipping fee?
When your event date calls for express handling, such as an event less than 14 days away, a fee is added for each rental. It appears on its own line in your cart and at checkout.
When do I pay?
You pay for your whole order in one checkout when you place it.
